The Havenz Sustainable Energy Centre in Langdon, Alberta is a bold vision for the future of energy and infrastructure. Strategically positioned on 300 acres within the Havenz portfolio, this site is designed to deliver scalable power (200MW+), a high-performance AI-ready data centre campus, and critical infrastructure for vertical farming and clean transportation — including hydrogen and EV fueling for industrial vehicles.
The 300-acre Langdon site is part of the Havenz portfolio, along with adjacent strategic parcels. Early-stage planning is underway, including zoning analysis, concept development, and energy modeling. This location will follow AHI Red Deer Phase 1 as the next scalable chapter of the Havenz smart community and energy ecosystem — focused on power-intensive users, food resilience, and data infrastructure.
